Prasanna Naik
Prasanna is a product leader at Veza with over 15 years of experience in deep-systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, and identity governance. He currently leads the product strategy and execution for Non-Human Identity (NHI) and AI Agent Security, addressing the critical challenges of securing automated and autonomous identities within the enterprise.
Prasanna joined Veza following his role as co-founder of CloudEagle.ai, a SaaS Management and Governance platform. Under his leadership, the platform evolved into a SaaS Identity Governance (IGA) solution to solve complex access and visibility gaps for modern organizations—experience that directly informs his current work in the identity security space.
His technical background includes significant roles at Airbnb, Oracle Cloud, Cisco & Riverbed. At Oracle Cloud he was the youngest Product Manager to lead the launch of IPv6 in the public cloud. At Airbnb, he managed developer platforms, focusing on the scale and resiliency required for global infrastructure.
Today, Prasanna focuses on the practical application of identity-first security in the “agentic era.” He leverages his background in large-scale infrastructure and IGA to build products that ensure secure, least-privilege access for AI Agent and non-human identities across the modern enterprise.
Pradeep Kumar
Pradeep is a senior technology leader with nearly 30 years of IT and engineering experience, and a decade focused on identity solutions. As part of the Product Architecture at Veza, he draws on his deep technical expertise to help organizations adopt modern identity security frameworks. Pradeep previously led the IT identity and Productivity Automation team at CrowdStrike, driving to create synergy between Identity, Collaboration and AI for maximum employee productivity. His hands-on background includes key engineering roles at Netflix and Splunk (now Cisco), where he mastered resiliency at scale and began his identity engineering journey. An “engineer with a director’s cape,” Pradeep remains an active tinkerer, creating “art-of-the-possible” concepts and enabling teams through “in the trenches” collaborative, technical direction and mentorship. Outside of work, Pradeep has embraced the new digital underground of AI-assisted development – from creating mobile apps to funky beats for fun. Other than that, Pradeep is an immense resource of dad jokes and puns.
