How Veza Trains our AI Models
The first version of Access AI’s generative AI for natural language processing tasks is trained with synthetic data – Veza engineers created their own use cases, tested NLP query results, compared the pure data results, and tweaked to improve outputs . If future roadmap features or improvements can benefit from customer data being used to train, this will be done with full transparency and only if customers actively opt in.
